This Privacy Policy describes how Xonerace (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Xonerace X-race One mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
Xonerace X-race One is an informational utility. We aim to collect as little data as possible. We may process:
- Preferences you set in the App — favorite drivers, favorite teams, journal entries and predictions. This data is stored locally on your device.
- Anonymous usage & crash data — aggregated technical information used to fix bugs and improve stability. It does not identify you personally.
- Contact information — only if you email us directly, we will have your email address to reply to you.
The App does not facilitate gambling and does not process real-money transactions. Predictions are for entertainment only.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the App.
- To personalize your experience (favorites, journal, predictions).
- To diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be processed by service providers strictly to help us operate the App.

Data you create in the App (favorites, journal entries, predictions) is stored on your device. We apply reasonable technical safeguards to any data we do process, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by removing the App or clearing its storage. You may also contact us to request information about, correct, or delete any data we may hold about you.

The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Third-party content
Xonerace X-race One is an independent informational utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any racing series, team, driver or governing body. Race data is provided for informational purposes only.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
